Dena D works as a community-based therapist at a mental health organization. Dena has been a mental health clinician for over seven years. Dena’s a graduate of Springfield College with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Human Services from the University of Massachusetts- Boston Campus. Dena’s focus is teens (15+) and young adults. Dena has experience working with diverse populations, providing counseling in areas of trauma, grief, adjustment and relationships. Dena is certified in domestic violence and wraparound services. Dena uses a cognitive behavioral and existential approach.
